Shipping Options

What are the delivery options? Can you ship my order via the Express shipping option? How can I get free shipping? How can I add $1 for free shipping? Should I choose Express or Regular?

Upon checking out, your order is dispatched within 2 hours. We will email you your parcel tracking number within 24 – 72 hours after your order has been received. Please allow 5 to 7 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email to track your shipment. We’ll send you a tracking notification by email once your tracking number is live.

For the 🇺🇸 USA, 🇬🇧 UK, 🇪🇺 EU (ED pills), 🇦🇺 Australia

  • Express shipping (7-12 business days) – $49 – FREE over $500
  • Standard shipping (10-18 business days) – $39 – FREE over $500
  • UK Domestic Royal Mail (3-7 days) – $49 plus 35% of your order subtotal

For the 🇪🇺 EU countries, 🇮🇪 Ireland, 🇳🇴 Norway, 🇨🇭 Switzerland

We ship packages to the UK, Norway, and Switzerland from the UK while packages to the EU countries come from Hungary and Poland (members of the European Union Customs Union) in order to avoid customs checks. If your delivery failed, customs seized your package or a customs duty was raised, please contact our support and we will reship your package from our backup warehouse free of charge.

  • EU Shipping with Guaranteed Delivery (7-12 days) – €39 plus 50% of your order subtotal.

  • Express shipping (10-18 business days) – $49 – FREE over $500
  • Standard shipping (14-30 days) – $39 – FREE over $500

Total delivery time (usually 7-12 business days) depends on many factors and your rough estimates are as follows:

  • shipping time from overseas (usually 5-10 business days);
  • customs clearance time (typically 2-3 days);
  • in-country shipping time (normally 2, max 5 days depending on your local postal provider).
Tracking Number & Signature

All our shipping options come with a tracking number. However, shipments sent via Regular Airmail (RMxxxxxxxxxIN) are NOT trackable all the way and do not require a signature.

As of March 2021, none of our packages require a signature upon delivery. We will try to deliver your package to your mailbox.

  • EMxxxxxxxxxIN (EMS Express) – Doesn’t require a signature upon delivery;
  • LTxxxxxxxxxSG (Singapore Post) – Doesn’t require a signature upon delivery;
  • RMxxxxxxxxxIN (Registered Airmail India Post) – Doesn’t require a signature upon delivery. NOT trackable all the way but passes customs easily;

We will choose the best postal provider for you and ship your order via either EMS, Registered Airmail from China, or Singapore Post depending on the content of your order and current delays at customs.

We Always Use The Easiest Route Possible

We ship all orders via the fastest and shipping method available at this moment. We reserve the right to change the delivery method you have selected to ensure your package is delivered as soon as possible and successfully clears at customs. Sometimes, due to delays at customs in China, we may change the Express shipping option (available only from China) to Regular or Standard delivery from Singapore LTxxxxxxxxxSG, so that your parcel will successfully pass through customs in Singapore and will be delivered to your door faster than Express from China.

In addition, Express EMS parcels have a greater chance of being detained at customs. For this reason, we ship bulk orders by Registered Airmail (not trackable) as parcels with the following tracking numbers RMxxxxxxxxxIN attract less attention from customs officers. Packages containing many modafinil tablets are being shipped from Singapore ONLY via the Standard shipping option to avoid any delays at customs.

We ship all our packages from China to worldwide by using the Express Mail Service. The EMS does not require a signature upon delivery while the delivery process takes from 7 up to 12 business days for orders from 🇺🇸 the USA, 🇬🇧 the UK, 🇪🇺 the EU, 🇦🇺 Australia & 🇨🇦 Canada; and 14-30 days for the rest of the world 🌍. Both Express and Registered Airmail shipping options are NOT trackable until your package reaches the destination country. We provide your tracking number within 24-72 hours after purchase.

The virus has caused lots of weird stuff to happen worldwide with logistics, especially things that are shipped out of China. Some packages get delivered in just 10 business days, some in a few weeks, some – in 2-3 months even for orders sent from the same location on the same day.

Why Requesting a Refund is a Bad Idea

 

Please do not request a refund. Here’s why. 

 

Our team works hard to get your order delivered as soon as possible. Your package has already been packed and will be dispatched as soon as postal service between countries resumes. A request for a refund means that we must find your package, unpack it and our support team must send a refund request to the bank.

 

Worldwide refund departments are overloaded and your request will be processed for weeks or even months. In addition, a large number of refund requests mean that banks will impose fines on us and we will no longer be able to accept credit/debit cards and PayPal so some vendors will be forced to leave the business in case of too many refund requests (just like ModafinilCat did). We don’t like fees, you don’t like fees but banks take advantage of this crisis by charging enormous fees.

Yes, we’re happy to offer shipping to PO boxes for all of our customers. When you reach the stage that you need to enter your shipping address, enter the address of your PO box for your products to be shipped to this location.

We declare the parcel as a gift with least possible value and duties are not charged on them. But there are some instances in which it would be charged, they will charge according to the declared value which will be very less, usually a few dollars. Your countries rules are not under our direct control and latest notifications. However, we will try our best that you don’t get charged.

We have good experience of customs departments and it would clear 99% but 1% is for very rare instances and if a seizure is done we will send it for free of cost.

Yes, there are few countries and regions that we don’t ship, check the restricted shipping countries. We are sad to inform you that, due to strict customs regulations, we stopped shipping to the following countries:

We ship our products from our warehousing facility, which means that there will always be a delay of a few days before you are able to track your purchase. This is due to the amount of time it takes our courier service to transfer the package to the postal service of your home country.
